Your main responsibility is the audit, support and optimization of our payment platform. You have to implement and integrate added value services and features on this platform. Your goal is to acquire the expertise in specific functional and technical matters so that you’ll become the reference person and subject matter expert.

 

After an internal training period about our products and services, you will be a Software Developer allowing you to:

  • work in close collaboration with your direct colleagues and other Client teams to deliver new services and functionalities on our payment platform
  • take care of the internal knowledge sharing and documentation
  • Deal with the challenges of the online payment business
  • Pay attention to application security

YOUR PROFILE

  •  For this challenging IT function, we need a talented and passionate developer whose second nature is security.
  • University Degree in IT or equivalent by experience
  • Fluent in French, a very good knowledge of English. Dutch or German are assets
  • Mature and accountable
  • At least 5 years of experience in a web applications development function.
  • Worked on complex business logic applications preferably in a banking or finance sector.

Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naaar een Service Level Manager (sla’s, ola’s) voor een vaste challenge in Brussel.

 

Je functie

  • Je onderhoudt de relaties met externe partners
  • Je laat deze externe partners meedenken naar optimalisatie van de processen en de onderliggende IT dienstverlening bijv. in kader van een project of verandering van interne werkstructuur of bijkomende personeel….. kan het zijn dat deze veranderingen implicaties hebben naar de IT infrastructuur, support, enz…
  • Alle aanvragen mbt het inschakelen van externe partners komen bij jou terecht
  • Je stelt in samenwerking met de projectverantwoordelijke de Service Level Agreements op die de rode draad zullen zijn voor de relatie tussen het bedrijf en deze externe IT partner
  • Je evalueert tussentijds de prestaties van deze externe partners aan de hand van de opgestelde SLA’s.
  • Je rapporteert over de behaalde service levels.

 

Je profiel

  • Je behaalde een Bachelor of Masterdiploma en je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring met het bepalen van Service Level Agreements
  • Je bent communicatief en denkt mee met de interne klant.
  • Je hebt voldoende technische bagage om het SLA- proces te kunnen managen.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt zin voor initiatief
  • Je bent drietalig NL – FR – EN
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van juridische contracten
  • 5 tot 7 jaar relevante ervaring op het gebied van service level management, account management of relatie management.

Your job

Your main responsibility is to lead the System Department which is responsible for the delivery of  service to its thousands clients on a 24/7 basis. You take the functioning of our infrastructure as your personal objective.

After an internal training period about our products and services, you will be our System Manager allowing you to :

 

Organize the department structure and improve internal processes and communication

Coach your team of 7 professionals

Supervise daily operations, set priorities and deadlines

Evaluate and anticipate user and merchants business needs and translate them in system requirements together with your team

Act as an intermediate between the management, the market and your team

Provide recommendations to the management

Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans

Manage third party relationships (license renewals, purchases, review of contracts, etc)

Anticipate the fast evolution in your domain and translate this into concrete business related projects

 

Your qualities

You are a multi-skilled, passionate people manager with excellent communication skills and you are not afraid to broaden your horizon.

Masters degree or equivalent by experience

Very good bilingual (French & English), knowledge of Dutch and German are assets

At least 5 years of relevant people management experience in an IT or technical environment
