TELECOM SERVICE MANAGER NEEDED!!!!
One of my major Telecommunications Clients is urgently searching for a Service Manager for one of their projects in Brussels to start ASAP. Initially, the contract will be for 60 man days but this may be extended depending on the quality of the work and at what stage the project is at.
ROLE
The job will involve the following tasks:
- Service Management, including responsibility for the quality of the installed services (Voice, GRX, Signalling, SMS, MMS) and ensuring that all generally accepted and specifically committed quality objectives are observed.
- Quality of Service (QoS) validation, both reactive and pro-active. This involves frequent verification of all relevant reports, statistics and graphs of all customers.
- Customer Reporting.
- Debriefings and escalation management.
- Relationship Management.
PROFILE
The succesful candidate will have the following skills and education:
- An Engineering degree in telecommunications.
- A broad and relevant technical experience in the Telecommunications Industry.
- Build relationships with customers.
- You are stress resistant.
