1ST/2ND LINE HELPDESK SUPPORT/BRUSSELS
Myclient is URGENTLY looking for a 1st/2nd line support engineer for a permanent contract based in Brussels to start ASAP. We are looking at having someone on site by week commencing the 5th April, so please get in contact if you are available, or can be available, in this time frame.
THE JOB
Provide 1st/2nd line support activities for approximately 50 internal users, both on Laptops and PC’s.
Provide daily monitoring of the systems.
Back-up Management.
Assist in the implementation of IT applications.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
MCDST
MCSA Win 2003
MS Office 2003
Very good standard of written Dutch and English, with good understanding of French.
